探转采压裂工艺先导试验研究

摘要 为了加快勘探开发的步伐,降低勘探开发的作业成本,川西致密气藏进行了探转采试验:探井采用裸眼完井,在裸眼内进行多个目的层测试评价同时获取勘探资料,在完成勘探评价目的后,根据目的层测试评价结果,利用目前探井井筒侧钻水平井对获产目的层进行开发投产。由于川西低渗致密砂岩在射孔后几乎无产能,所以要求裸眼测试必须对含气段进行改造才能判断是否具有工业价值。对裸眼井指定储层进行有针对性改造成为难题,加砂压裂工艺提出了新的挑战。为此,对加砂压裂工艺进行了改进,首先采用双封隔器初步确保针对性改造目的层,其次采用控缝高压裂工艺技术确保裂缝在目的层内延伸。该工艺在SF27井进行先导试验,成功解决了储层针对性改造的难题。 In order to accelerate exploration and development, and reduce the operation cost at the same time, the test of explora- tion to mining was conducted in Chuanxi tight gas reservoir. During the exploration, open hole completion was adopted, test evalua- tion was conducted and exploration data were also obtained in multiple target stratum of open hole. After the exploration and evalua- tion, and according to test evaluation results, the production target stratum proceeded development and putting into production by using present exploration wellbore sidetrack horizontal well. After perforation, due to the rare production in Chuanxi tight sand- stone, the commercial value of gas section can only be judged by open hole test, thus how to targeted transform the named reservoir become a problem and it is a new challenge to sand fracturing technology, therefore, the sand fracturing technology is improved. Firstly, twin packer is adopted to preliminary ensure that target stratum get targeted transformation, secondly, fracture height growth controlling technology is adopted to ensure that fractures extend in target stratum. This technology has successful pilot test in well SF27, thereby successfully resolving the problem of reservoir targeted transformation.
