四川省就业质量水平测算及对策分析

An Evaluation of Sichuan Province Employment Quality and Its Improvement Strategy

就业质量是一个涵盖宏微观经济范畴的概念,目前已成为影响我国经济发展质量的重要原因之一。关于就业质量的研究已取得一定成效,但研究尚且薄弱,尤其针对省域、地市层面的研究较少。通过科学地把握就业质量内涵、在借鉴国内外相关文章的基础上,建构一套合理、科学、适应四川省实际的就业质量评估体系,采用熵值法对其就业质量水平进行测算,并在此基础上探讨提高四川省就业质量水平的对策。

Employment quality is a comprehensive concept that covers macro and micro economic fields,which has become one of the important reasons that affect the quality of China′s economic development.Although there are some achievements in this study,Its still weak especially for the province and the city level research.In this article,we construct a set of evaluation index system which is comprehensive,scientific,and adapt to the actual employment quality of Sichuan provice,using entropy valued method to evaluate the quality of employment and then discuss the improvement strategy on the employment quality in Sichuan province.
