摘要
以陕西省五所普通本科高校为样本,对理念型心理契约、自我效能感和职业成功问卷进行了分析,探讨理念型心理契约与职业成功之间的关系以及自我效能感在其中的调节作用。结果表明,较高的理念型心理契约有助于提高高校教师的职业成功;自我效能感在教师责任与高校教师职业成功中具有显著的调节作用。研究结果有助于高校从理念型心理契约角度促进教师的职业成功,具有现实意义,最后指出研究的局限性。
With the five ordinary universities of ShanXi Province as example,we analyze the questionnaire on the ideological psychological contract,self-efficacy andcareer success to explore the relationship between ideological psychological contractand career success of university teachers,as well as the moderating effects of self-efficacy.The results show that higher ideological psychological contract will improveuniversity teachers′career success;Self-efficacy in the teachers′responsibility and university teachers′career success has significant moderating effects.The results ha-ve practical significance and help universities to promote teacher′s professional su-ccess from the perspective of ideological psychological contract.Finally,the paper isdiscussed with the limitation of the study presented.
