基于DEA的全国各省市物流产业有效性评价研究

Research Effectiveness Evaluation Various Provinces and Cities Nationwide Logistics Industry Based on DEA. Computer Engineering and Applications

根据我国物流产业发展的特点,选取运输线路、货运量、货运周转量、物流产业的社会固定资产投资、物流产业城镇单位就业人数五个指标作为输入指标,以物流产业生产总值以及物流从业人员平均工资作为输出指标,采用数据包络分析法对我国31个省市的物流产业的技术有效性和规模有效性进行了评价研究。研究表明,我国31个省市中有8个省市每年物流产业发展的技术效率达到了有效,有8个省市每年物流产业发展的规模效率达到了有效。在没有达到物流产业发展的规模有效性的省市中,有12个省市的平均收益规模呈现递增的状态,有11个省市的平均收益规模呈现递减的状态。文中结果可以为我国各个省份物流产业管理部门以及决策部门制定相应的政策措施提供有力的支持和依据。

According to the characteristics of logistics industry development in China, shipping lines, freight, freight turnover, social fixed assets investment of logistics industry, logistics industry unit employment in cities and towns were selected as the index.
