摘要
为明确我国中小型物流企业在新形势下的激烈市场竞争中选择合适的发展战略,文中从"互联网+"大背景下出发,利用SWOT分析方法,对中小型物流企业的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行了分析,得出企业要依靠自身特色,集中力量发展本地化服务;迎合"互联网+"模式,全面提高企业信息化水平;聘用专业型人才,重视物流人才培养。
In order to clarify what kind of development strategy is suitable for small and medium-sized logistic enterprises in china to face the fierce market competition, this paper embarks from the background of 'Internet+', using the SWOT to analyse small and medium-sized logistics enterprises' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results show small and medium-sized enterprises should rely on their own characteristic advantage and focus on the development of localization services, cater to the "Intemet+" mode and comprehensively improve the enterprise information level, and hire professionals, pay attention to logistics personnel training.
