In order to keep good quality of high vocational education, it＇s important to build excellent teaching team, which it not only matters the existence and development of specialty, but also have a significant influence on the college reputation. The paper summarizes four features of national teaching team. Comparing with current development of the business English teaching team, it explores across-province, project oriented school-enterprise cooperation via different platform.
