PDCA循环在基础护理质量管理中的应用

The Application of PDCA Cycle in Basic Nursing Quality Management

目的评价PDCA循环在基础护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 2013年1—7月,采用常规护理管理患者849例,纳入常规组,2014年1—7月,开展PDCA循环管理1042例,纳入观察组,对比相关指标。结果观察组患者满意率高于常规组,观察组患者满意率高于常规组,观察组患者护理遗漏率、护理差错发生率、意外事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理不良事件合计例次率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理有助于提升基础护理质量。

Objective To evaluate the application of PDCA cycle in basic nursing quality management effect. Methods From January 2013 to July, 849 patients with the conventional nursing management, into the normal group, from January 2014 to July, the PDCA cycle management of 1042 cases in observation group, comparing related indicators. Results The observation group of patients satisfaction rate higher than the conventional group, observation group of patients satisfaction rate higher than the conventional group, observation group of patients nursing omission rate, incidence of nursing error and accident incidence, the incidence of disputes, nurses and patients and nursing adverse events combined cases rate is lower than the normal group, difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management conduce to improving the quality of basic nursing.
