老年慢性病患者不合理用药情况分析及应对策略分析

目的对老年慢性病患者的临床不合理用药情况进行系统的调查,并对具体情况进行系统分析,探讨不合理用药的应对措施。方法择取该院2013—2014年收治的高血压、糖尿病、慢性支气管炎的180例老年患者的病例资料作为调查对象,对不合理用药的情况进行统计分析。结果经过统计和分析,该院不合理用药的情况包括:抗菌药物不合理;预防用药不恰当;给患者服药的药剂量、时间不恰当;溶媒联合用药不当;药物配伍。结论在老年慢性病患者中,常常出现不合理用药情况,医护人员应高度重视,加强监督,令患者能够听从医生意见,合理用药。

Con-clusion In elderly patients with chronic diseases, often appear unreasonable drug use situation, the medical staff should at-tach great importance to and strengthen the supervision is patient to listen to the doctor advice, rational drug use.
