体检部健康管理干预的价值

The Value of Health Management Intervention in Physical Examination Department

目的探讨体检部健康管理干预的应用价值。方法选择该院自2013年5月—2015年4月体检部收治的315例来院体检患者的临床资料,根据随机分配的原则,将患者分为观察组158例与对照组157例,全部患者均给予相同的管理,观察组患者给予健康管理干预。结果两组患者健康知识得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者饮食习惯、生活习惯、用药依从性良好率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论体检部作为健康检查的重要部门,给予护士系统性、科学性的培训,加强培训管理流程,给予患者针对性健康管理干预,以改善患者的病情,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application value of health management intervention in physical examination de-partment. Methods The clinical data of 315 cases of hospital physical examination in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2015 were selected. According to the principle of random allocation, patients were divided into observation group and con-trol group, 157 cases, 158 cases, all patients were given the same management, the observation group was given health man-agement intervention. Results The health knowledge score of the two groups were compared, the results were significantly different （P〈0.05）. The observation group of patients with eating habits, living habits, medication compliance was signifi-cantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Physical examination department as an important place for health examination, to give nurses systematic and scientific training, strengthen the training management process, giving patients with targeted health management intervention to improve the patient＆#39;s condition, improve the quality of life of patients.
