病案是详细记录患者整个治疗过程的诊治信息,也是医务工作人员的工作记录。随着病案的数量越来越多,传统的手工病案管理方式已经不能满足人们查阅的需求,这就需要挖掘先进的信息技术,提供更方便快捷的服务。但是信息技术还并不成熟,在某些方面可能存在一些问题,需要以积极的态度及时处理并做出相应的对策。首先介绍了信息技术在病案管理中的优点,其次详细分析了信息技术在病案管理中存在的问题。

Medical record is a detailed diagnosis and treatment of information were recorded throughout the treatment pro-cess, but also work records of medical staff. As the number of medical records of more and more, the traditional manual case management methods can not meet the needs of the people consulted, which requires excavation of advanced informa-tion technology to provide more convenient and efficient services. But they are not mature yet, there may be some problems in some areas, the need for a positive attitude in time and make the appropriate countermeasures. This paper describes the advantages of information technology in medical record management, followed by a detailed analysis of IT in medical records management problems and finally the existence of a solution to the issues and countermeasures.
