摘要
目的探讨分层护理管理在护理管理中的应用价值。方法根据实际需求制定护士分层入选标准,入选的100名护士作为研究对象,确定护士层级,明确各级护士职责,实施护士分层管理。结果通过问卷调查统计和对比后发现,实施护士分层管理之后,医生满意度、护士失误率、患者投诉率以及患者满意度等指标均高于实施前,并且他们之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过护士分层护理管理的开展,可以对不同层级的护士进行准确分工,不仅可以确保护理工作的开展,而且还能满足患者的需求,提高其治疗效果和满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of stratified nursing management in nursing management. Methods The hospital nursing management department according to the actual needs to develop the nurse stratified inclusion criteria, selected 100 nurses as the research object, determine the nurse level, clear all levels of nurse responsibilities, the imple-mentation of nurse hierarchical management. Results After the questionnaire survey and comparison, after the implementa-tion of nurse hierarchical management, doctors satisfaction, nurse error rate, patient satisfaction and patient satisfaction in-dex were higher than before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Through the development of nursing management in nursing management, we can carry out the accurate division of nurses at different levels, not only can protect the development of the theory, but also meet the needs of patients, improve the treat-ment effect and satisfaction.
