摘要
目的探讨绩效考核在妇科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2015年1月起在妇科实施全面绩效考核,选择妇科2014年下半年、2015年上半年2000例住院患者,比较全面绩效考核实施前后妇科护理效率及患者满意度。结果2015年上半年年妇科护理质量评分高于2014年下半年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年上半年1000例住院患者的总满意度为97.9%,明显高于2014年下半年(84.6%),前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面绩效考核有助于充分调动护理人员的工作积极性,可提高妇科护理工作效率及住院患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of performance evaluation in nursing management of department of gynae-cology effect. Methods January 2015 in the implementation of a comprehensive performance evaluation of department of gynaecology, choose gynecology in the second half of 2014, the first half of 2015, 2000 cases of hospitalized patients, before and after the comprehensive performance evaluation of department of gynaecology nursing efficiency and patient satisfaction. Results In the first half of 2015 years of department of gynaecology nursing efficiency higher than that of the second half of 2014, the significant difference (P〈0.05);In the first half of 2015, 1000 cases of hospitalized patients with total satisfaction was 97.9%, significantly higher than the second half of 2014 (84.6%), significant difference before and after(P〈0.05). Con-clusion A comprehensive performance evaluation can improve the efficiency of nursing work of department of gynaecology and hospitalized patients satisfaction, is worth promoting.
