摘要
目的抗压教育对心内科实习护士的影响分析。方法随机选取2014年来该院实习的心内科临床护理护士64名,将其随机分成对照组和实验组。两组均在1个月实习期内完成教学大纲规定的实习内容。随机选取32名护士作为实验组,对于他们采取常规带教基础上进行抗压教育,而对剩余的32名护士作为对照组采取常规带教。实习结束后,对比两组实习护士的护理技术评分、综合素质成绩。结果经过一段时间的抗压教育之后,实验组的护士护理技术评分、综合素质成绩明显提高。而未经过抗压教育的对照组护士的护理技术评分、综合素质成绩明显低于实验组。结论针对心内科的压力源,对护士采取针对性的抗压教育,能使护士在轻松愉悦的状态下高质量完成实习,体现带教中的人文关爱,值得在心内科教学中推广。
Objective Compressive education Cardiology practice nurses analysis. Methods Random selection period is 2014 in our hospital's cardiology practice clinical care nurse 64, were randomly divided into a control group and the aver-age experimental group. Both groups completed the internship syllabus prescribed month internship period. Here randomly selected 32 nurses as the experimental group, for they take compressive education teaching routine basis, while the remain-ing 32 nurses take conventional teaching as a control group. After the internship, compared two groups of nursing practice nurses technical score, the overall quality of results. Results After a period of time compression of education, the experi-mental group of nurse technical score, the overall quality score improved significantly. After the control group without com-pression of education, nurses nursing technical score, the overall quality score was significantly lower than the experimental group. Conclusion According to the Department of Cardiology of the pressure source, for nurses take appropriate compres-sion education, enabling nurses in a relaxed state of high-quality complete an internship, reflecting the teaching of human love, it is worth to promote the teaching of cardiology.
