目的探究持续质量改进在耳鼻喉病房护理质量管理的应用效果。方法应用PDCA循环工具开展耳鼻喉病房持续质量改进护理管理模式,首先收集耳鼻喉患者的临床资料,根据患者疾病情况确定影响患者护理质量的重点,并以此制定护理方案与护理目标,定期开展护理工作检查,同时收集护理结果反馈,再根据检查与反馈结果和预期护理目标进行比对,分析其中存在的差距与问题,并将问题加入到下个PDCA质量改进循环中,如此反复。结果在耳鼻喉病房护理中应用基于PDCA循环的持续质量改进护理管理模式,能够在护理过程中不断发现影响护理质量的问题,并根据问题进行不断改进,从而有效提升耳鼻喉病房护理的护理质量。结论在耳鼻喉病房的护理过程中应用基于PDCA质量循环法的持续护理模式,能够有效提升护理质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。

Results In the ent ward nursing application based on PDCA cycle of continuous quality improvement in nursing management mode, can constantly found in the process of nursing problems affecting the quality of nursing, and ac-cording to the problems in continuous improvement, thus effectively improve ent ward nursing care quality. Conclusion In the ent ward nursing application based on the quality of PDCA circulation method in the process of continuous nursing mode, can effectively improve the nursing quality and improve patient care satisfaction, is worth promoting.
