三维放疗计划系统及关键技术分析

摘要 伴随医学的飞速发展与进步,三维放疗系统已在肿瘤放射治疗中占据重要地位。三维放疗系统是一个多类学科的综合体,包括图象处理技术、生物医学工程、计算机图象等多方面的内容。为了进一步研究三维放疗系统在医疗中的应用功效,做了系统结构及其相关技术的详细分析。首先由三维放疗系统的构造入手,然后进入系统常用工具的简单介绍,之后进入重点—三维放疗计划体系关键技能的探索及其功效的体现。作为三维放疗计划系统关键技术的理论探索,为后期研究提供了充足的理论依据。 With the rapid development and progress of medical science, three-dimensional radiotherapy system has been an important role in tumor radiotherapy. Three dimensional radiotherapy system is a complex of many kinds of disciplines, including image processing technology, biomedical engineering, computer graphics, etc.. In order to further study the appli-cation effect of 3D radiotherapy system in medical treatment, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the system structure and related technology. First, the construction of three-dimensional radiation system, and then enter the system commonly used tools of the simple introduction, after entering the focus of this paper-the key techniques of three-dimensional radio-therapy planning system to explore its effectiveness. This paper is a theoretical exploration of the key technology of 3D ra-diotherapy planning system, which provides a theoretical basis for the later research.
