摘要
随着医学教育的改革不断推进,医学教育的质量在不断提高,这离不开广大医学教育工作者的不懈努力。课题组以山东省民办医学院校教师为研究对象,探讨其"职业倦怠"的现状,比较分析与民办非医学院教师职业倦怠情况,比较不同人口统计学变量比如学历、职称、教龄对民办医学院教师职业倦怠的影响,为掌握并解决民办医学院校教师职业倦怠问题提供理论依据。
Along with the reform of medical education, the quality of medical education is continuously improving.This change can not be separated from the unremitting efforts of medical educators.This paper discusses the current situation of“job burnout” using the teachers in private medical colleges of Shandong Province as the research object.This paper com-pares the differences between the teachers of private medical colleges and the ones of private non medical colleges.It also compares the different demographic variables of private medical college teachers' job burnout influence, such as educational background, professional title, seniority.The above analysis data provide a theoretical basis to grasp and solve the problem of teachers' job burnout in private medical colleges.
