摘要
在卫生产业企业管理方面(如青岛急救中心),工资报酬是职工最主要的经济利益,是职工赖以生存的根本,保护职工取得劳动报酬权利是建立和谐劳动关系的关键所在。当前,在全社会都在致力于社会主义和谐社会的构建过程中,在卫生产业企业管理方面各级工会建立完善职工工资集体协商制度成为极为重要的工作之一。
In the enterprises management of the health industry(such as Qingdao Emergency Center). Salary is the most im-portant economic interests and the fundamental for workers to survive. The key to establish harmonious labor relations is to protect the workers to obtain the rights of labor remuneration. At present, the whole society is committed to the process of constructing the harmonious socialist society. In the enterprises management of the health industry, it is one of the distinctly important works for trade unions at all levels to establish and perfect the collective consultation system on staff ’s salaries.
