社区脑卒中患者家庭康复状况调查及康复护理指导

Community Family Rehabilitation Condition Survey and Rehabilitation of Patients with Stroke Care Guide

目的对社区脑卒中患者的家庭康复状况展开调查分析,以便为社区脑卒中患者康复护理措施的制定提供参考。方法选取某社区内120例脑卒中患者作为研究的对象,采取问卷调查的方式,对其家庭康复状况展开调查。结果诊疗上:37例接受专业的康复训练(30.83%),其他患者接受社区卫生服务中心的诊疗。心理:有82例有负性情绪(68.33%)。Barthel评分为良者仅59例(49.17%),Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表得分较低。生活方式上:部分患者饮食口味偏重,运动量少。康复训练,7例进行较为规范的康复训练(5.83%)。少部分家庭进行了家庭环境改造。患者综合自理水平与家属综合照顾水平均较差。结论社区脑卒中患者的家庭康复状况并不理想,需进一步强化对社区脑卒中患者的康复护理指导。

Objective Rehabilitation in the community for families of patients with stroke investigation analyzed in order to provide a reference for the development of community nursing of patients with stroke rehabilitation. Methods Select a cer-tain community 120 cases of stroke patients as the object of study, taking questionnaires, conducting investigations rehabili-tation in their families.Results On treatment：37 patients received professional rehabilitation （30.83%）, other patients receiv-ing treatment in community health service centers. Psychology： There are 82 cases of negative emotions （68.33%）. Barthel score was good in only 59 cases（49.17%）, Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale score lower. Lifestyle：diet taste too much weight in some patients, exercise less. Rehabilitation, seven cases were more standardized rehabilitation （5.83%）. A small part of the family were home environment transformation. Level of patient self-care patients and their families a com-prehensive integrated care levels were poor. Conclusion Family rehabilitation in stroke patients is not ideal community, therefore, the need to further strengthen the rehabilitation of stroke patients to community care and guidance.
