摘要
海南省远程继续教育培训还处于探索阶段,实践中仍存在诸如基层服务体系不健全、惠及对象有限等诸多现实问题。针对海南省继续教育存在的现实问题,本研究提出了基于泛在计算技术的开放教育资源学习模式——泛在慕课(U-MOOCs),探讨这种学习模式在海南省继续教育背景下应用的可行性。
There are certain practical issues with ICT - based projects of distance continuing education in Hainan Province such as an unsound basic service system and a limited coverage of beneficiaries due to their immaturity of development. To deal with these issues,this study presents a UCT - based OER learning mode,U - MOOCs,and analyzes the feasibility of putting it to use in continuing education in Hainan.
