摘要
以投掷最后用力阶段人体运动器官工作形式为主要研究因子.从人体解剖学、运动生理学和运动力学等方面,对投掷的最后用力阶段中不同时相瞬间,各鞭体所执行的任务和分工与合作的工作形式进行了分析研究;结果得出:在最后用力的极短时间内,共有八条鞭体同时参加做功,并对八条鞭体进行了命名和分类的最新提出;鞭体的提出为投掷最后用力阶段的复杂技术进行了解体简单化,对投掷最后用力技术的指导和掌握以及教学训练具有重要意义.
Adopting human anatomy, exercise physiology and sports mechanics, this article mainly studies on the tasks performed by each "body whip" and its working forms in the final exertion of throwing. The study shows that there are actually eight "body whips" in acting in the shortest time of the final exertion, more than the two chains ( body and throwing arm) as the past said. In addition, this article names and classifies these as eight "body whips". The latest proposal of "body whips" plays an important role in the simplification of complicated skills in the final exertion of throwing, guidance and mastering of such skills and improvement of throwing results.
