创办中文学术期刊《新能源进展》的几点感悟

Reflections on the Creation of Chinese Academic Journal Advances in New and Renewable Energy

以新创办的学术期刊《新能源进展》为研究对象,探究中文科技期刊解困之策,通过编委、编辑人员、审稿专家队伍建设,编委约稿、创刊号出版专刊、"刊、学、研"结合以及将本研究所科研团队作为优质稿源的孵化器等措施解决了稿源难的问题.期刊创刊即获得业界认可和被国内三大权威数据库收录,为后续创办中文学术期刊提供借鉴.

This paper uses the newly-founded academic journal Advances in New and Renewable Energy as an example, and explores the way of Chinese academic journals overcoming difficulties. This journal focused on the team of editorial board, editors and peer-reviewers. The editorial board solicited manuscripts. A special issue was made for the first issue. Periodical-university-research combination and the institute of scientific research team are like an incubator of high quality manuscripts and other measures to solve the difficult problems. This journal gained widespread recognition by the other counterparts and was indexed in three Chinese authoritative databases. This paper provides reference for future foundation of new academic journals.
