摘要 通过与中学合作,建立英东生命科学学院生物科学师范专业人才培养合作共同体,使大学与中学从"协同合伙"走向"有机合伙",实现互利共赢合作发展的愿望.通过拓宽合作领域,整合资源,构建大学—中学生物科学师范专业人才培养协同育人的共同体合作体系,让合作共同体学校、中学一线优秀教师、教研员等都参与到师范专业人才培养的过程中来,以达到全面提升生物师范生职前培养质量的最终目的. The Yingdong College of Life Sciences of Shaoguan University collaborated with local secondary schools, forming a co-operative targeted at nurturing future talents in Biological Science Education. The co-operative promoted the partnership among the university and secondary schools, and approached the goal of synergistic development. By expanding the areas of co-operation and integration of resources in member schools, the paper engaged elite teachers and researchers to participate in the program of Biological Science Education, im- proving the quality of pre-career training for students in the program.
