内地高校新疆籍贫困生资助体系构建与创新研究

The Construction and Research of Innovation about the Financial Aid System for the Poor Students of Xinjiang in Inland Universities

新疆籍贫困生的资助问题一直是国家政府关注的热点问题,对他们的资助、扶持已成为高校思想政治教育领域的一个研究性课题。在分析研究内地高校新疆籍贫困生资助体系现状及其存在问题的基础上,提出了创新完善内地高校新疆籍贫困生资助体系的研究对策,保障新疆籍贫困生能够顺利完成学业,为新疆建设发展培养优秀人才。

Financial aid of Poor students with Xinjiang nationality has been concerned as the hot issue by the national government. The funding and the support for them has become a research topic in the field of the ideological and political education in universities. Based on the analysis about the research on the financial aid system＇ s current situation and its problems for the poor students in Xinjiang in mainland of China, the author put forward the countermeasures to improving the financial aid system to ensure the Xinjiang nationality needy students successfully complete their education, and to cukivate outstanding talents for the construction and development of Xinjiang and the stability of the frontier and the unification of the motherland.
