新疆高校维稳工作如何发挥大学生党员模范作用

民族分裂势力、宗教极端势力和暴力恐怖势力严重威胁新疆高校的稳定,对高校党组织提出了重大挑战。大学生党员作为学生群体中的先进分子,充分发挥先锋模范作用,必将对新疆高校维稳工作产生积极作用。由于政治觉悟不足、党员身份意识不强等因素,部分大学生党员在新疆高校维稳工作中未能充分发挥党员先锋模范作用,需要从思想教育、组织管理等方面思考应对之策。
