京津冀协同发展背景下河北法治环境建设机制研究

京津冀协同发展是重大国家战略。河北省既面临重要的战略机遇期,又面临许多问题和挑战。当前,河北省应在以下方面做出努力:以理念思维协同形成法治建设软环境;以人力资源协同营造法治建设智力环境;以社会治理协同夯实法治环境建设基础;构建区域安全协同机制等。通过打造良好法治环境,促进河北经济社会全面发展,为京津冀协同发展做出积极贡献。

The collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is a major strategy in our country. Hebei is faced with not only important strategic opportunities, but also many problems and challenges. At present, we should make efforts on the following aspects to promote the rule of law construction. To form a soft environment for the rule of law is collaborated by coherent thinking. To create an intellectual environment is collaborated by human resources. To strengthen the foundation of lawconstruction is collaborated social governance. At the same time to build a regional security cooperation mechanism is also needed. By creating a good environment for the rule of law, we promote the comprehensive development of economic and social development in Hebei, and make positive contribution to the coordinative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
