摘要 目的:研究生物炭(Biochar)作为EM(Effective Microorganisms)菌载体。方法:通过平板计数法,研究了生物炭投加量、菌液浓度、振荡时间、吸附温度对生物炭载体吸附EM菌效果的影响,并进行了条件优化研究。结果:生物炭投加量为0.4g时,其最大吸附量为3.8×10~7CFU/g;菌液浓度稀释2倍,吸附量达到2.3×10~7CFU/g;振荡150min,生物炭吸附量为2.9×10~7CFU/g;吸附温度35℃,吸附量为2.6×107CFU/g;生物炭最佳吸附条件为:生物炭投加量2.4g,菌液稀释倍数2倍,振荡150min,吸附温度40℃,其对EM菌的吸附效果可达到3.8×10~7CFU/g。结论:生物炭可以作为EM菌剂优良载体,具有潜在应用价值。 Objective:To study the feasibility of biochar as a carrier of Effective Microorganisms. Method:The impact of biochar dosing quantity, bacteria liquid concentration, oscillating time and adsorption temperature to its adsorption efficiency was studied through the plat count method, as well as the study on optimization conditions. Results: It was indicated that as followings. Firstly, the maximum adsorption reached 3.8 ×10^7 CFU/g when dosing quantity was 0.4g. Secondly, the absorption capacity reached 2.3 ×10^7 CFU/g when bacteria liquid concentration was diluted doubly. Thirdly, the adsorption capacity was 2.9 ×10^7 CFU/g when oscillated for 150 min. Fourthly, it was 2.6 ×10^7 CFU/g when the temperature rose to 35℃. Meanwhile, it was manifested that the adsorption effect of Effective Microorganisms reached 3.8 ×10^7 CFU/g under the best adsorption condition on which biochar dosing quantity was 2.4g,bacteria liquid was diluted doubly oscillation was 150 min and adsorption temperature was 40℃. Conclusion: It was revealed that biochar has potential application value as a good carrier of Effective Microorganisms.
