摘要
运用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,调查研究河南省在校大学生参与阳光体育运动的程度对他们心境及心理健康的影响,以期为进一步推进实施阳光体育运动提供理论依据。结果表明:有大约52%的大学生达到阳光体育运动所要求的平均每天至少锻炼一个小时的时间,还有将近11.6%的学生每天锻炼时间不超过0.5小时。经常参与阳光体育运动并保证平均每天1小时的大学生心境状态明显好于每天锻炼时间不超过0.5小时的大学生。尤其在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等因子上有明显的作用,说明阳光体育运动的开展对青少年的身心健康有很好的促进作用。
Using the methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper researches the effect of college students' participation in the sunlight sports in Henan province on their mood and mental health, so as to provide theoretical basis for further implementation of sunshine sports. The results show that about 52.0% college students achieve at least an hour a day on average required by the sunlight sports exercise, nearly 11.6% of the students exercise time is not more than 0.5 hour a day. The mind of the former is significantly better than the latter. Especially it has obvious effect on somatization, force, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosis factor, which indicates that the conduct of the sunlight sports has a very good role in promoting the physical and mental health of adolescents.
