神经梅毒临床及电生理特点分析

摘要 目的研究神经系统梅毒在临床中的电生理特点。方法随机选取该院2013年3月—2015年3月间的60例神经梅毒感染患者的临床资料进行观察。结果在60例患者治疗观察中,在周围神经出现损害的病人患者3例出现神经肌电图也出现异常。在针对该次的研究分析中,以注射青霉素治疗的56例病情有明显改善,4例无效。结论在对神经梅毒的研究中,其临床的表现比较杂乱,导致神经系统的每一个部位都受到损伤,在接受青霉素治疗时有显著疗效。在进行治疗的过程中,结合相应的病史以及脑脊液梅毒抗体检测,以及电生理检测,都能够有效的辅助治疗神经梅毒感染。 Objective To study the electrophysiological characteristics of neurosyphilis in clinic. Methods An observation was conducted on the clinical data of 60 cases with neurosyphilis infection admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015. Results The observation of the treatment for the 60 cases showed that 3 of the patients with peripheral nerve damage had abnormal nerve EMG. In this study, after injection of penicillin, the conditions of 56 patients significantly im-proved, but the treatment was ineffective in 4 cases. Conclusion This study showed that the clinical manifestations of neu-rosyphilis were messy, so that every part of the nervous system was damaged, and penicillin treatment had a significant ef-fect. During the course of therapy, combined with the corresponding history and detection of syphilis antibody in cere-brospinal fluid, and electrophysiological testing, were effectively conducive to the auxiliary treatment of neurological syphilis infection.
