HBsAg及Anti-HCV阳性与胆汁反流性胃炎的关系探讨

Correlation Study between HBsAg and Anti-HCV Positive and Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的探讨HBs Ag及Anti-HCV阳性与胆汁反流性胃炎的相关关系。方法查阅2006年6月—2015年5月于该院胃镜检查、并详实保存检查资料的20 316例患者的镜检结果,统计并对比HBs Ag和Anti-HCV阳性与阴性,以及HBs Ag阳性和Anti-HCV阳性病人之间胆汁反流性胃炎发生率的差异,进行统计学分析。结果 1HBs Ag与AntiHCV均阴性17 041例,胆汁反流性胃炎1 292例,发生率为7.58%;HBs Ag阳性与Anti-HCV阳性合计3 275例,发生胆汁反流766例,发生率为23.39%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。2HBs Ag阳性649例,胆汁反流性胃炎206例,发生率31.74%;Anti-HCV阳性2 626例,发生胆汁反流性胃炎560例,发生率21.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论 HBs Ag阳性及Anti-HCV阳性较阴性患者容易发生胆汁反流性胃炎;HBs Ag阳性患者胆汁反流性胃炎发生率较Anti-HCV阳性为高。

Objective To explore HBsAg and Anti - HCV positive correlation with bile reflux gastritis. Methods The mi-croscopic examination results of 20316 cases of patients who were given gastroscopy in our hospital from June 2006 to May 2015 and their examination data were kept in detail were consulted, HBsAg and Anti-HCV positive and negative, the dif-ference of the incidence of bile reflux gastritis between HBsAg positive and Anti-HCV positive patients were compared and statistically analyzed. Results ①There were 17041 cases with HBsAg and Anti-HCV that were negative ,1292 cases with bile reflux gastritis and the incidence rate was 7.58%;HBsAg positive and Anti-HCV positive were altogether 3275 cases, 766 cases with bile reflux and the incidence rate was 23.39%, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）.②There were 649 cases with HBsAg positive, 206 cases with bile reflux gastritis and the incidence rate was 31.74%; 2626 cases with Anti-HCV positive, 560 cases with bile reflux gastritis and the incidence rate was 21.33%, the difference be-tween the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion HBsAg and anti HCV positive patients are more prone to bile reflux gastritis than HBsAg and anti HCV negative patients;the incidence of bile reflux gastritis in HBsAg positive patients is higher than HCV positive patients.
