胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗房颤的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone Combined with Wenxin Keli in Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的疗效和安全性。方法整群选择该院2013年3月—2015年4月住院治疗的房颤(AF)患者94例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例,两组均给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组同时给予稳心颗粒治疗,评定两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.49%明显高于对照组74.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后,观察组患者心室率治疗后为(80.17±4.35),明显低于对照组治疗后心室率(85.23±2.37),观察组治疗后转复所用时间(4.13±2.07)h显著低于对照组(7.53±1.89),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动有着显著的治疗效果,且无不良反应,值得推广于房颤的临床治疗。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of amiodarone combined with wenxin keli in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods 94 patients with atrial fibrillation （AF） treated in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 in each one. Two groups received treatment using amio-darone, and the observation group was given treatment using wenxin keli at the same time. The curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate （91.49% vs 74.47%） was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05; after treatment, the ventricular rate [（80.17±4.35） vs （85.23±2.37）] was obviously lower, and conversion time [（4.13±2.07）h vs （7.53±1.89）h] was evidently lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with wenxin keli is worthy of promotion in the treatment of atrial fibrillation because it shows remarkable curative effect and can not produce adverse reaction.
