112例妈富隆和米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效及对性激素浓度的影响

Clinical Curative Effect of Marvelon and Mifepristone in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Perimenopausal Period and the Effect on Sex Hormone Concentrations

目的探讨围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血进行妈富隆及米非司酮联合治疗的临床效果及对性激素浓度的影响。方法整群选取该院2013年9月—2014年6月就诊妇科门诊的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血病人112人,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组56例,观察组进行妈富隆与米非司酮联合治疗,对照组进行米非司酮治疗,比较两组治疗后的激素水平变化。结果观察组的临床有效率为78.6%、对照组的临床有效率为46.4%;观察组治疗后的各项检查指标改善情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血病人进行米非司酮与妈富隆联合疗法,可显著改善病人临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of marvelon and mifepristone in the treatment of dysfunctional u-terine bleeding in perimenopausal period and the effect on sex hormone concentrations. Methods 112 patients with dys-functional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period treated in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from September 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each, the observation group were treated with marvelon and mifepristone and the control group were treated with mifepristone, hormone level changes of the two groups after treatment were observed. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 78.6% and 46.4%of the control group;the improvement situation of every inspection indicator in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The combination of marvelon and mifepristone in the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of pa-tients and it is worth promoting in clinic.
