针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Vertebra Disease

目的分析针灸联合推拿对颈椎病患者的临床疗效情况。方法整群选取该院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的83例颈椎病患者随机分为实验组(n=42)及对照组(n=41)。对照组接受针灸治疗,实验组接受针灸联合推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效及颈椎功能评分改善情况。结果实验组总有效率95.2%,明显高于对照组75.6%。治疗后,实验组颈椎功能评分评分为(11.0±2.2)分,明显低于对照组(19.2±2.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎病相比单独针灸治疗可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of pa-tients with cervical vertebra disease. Methods 83 cases of patients with cervical vertebra disease treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group （n=42） and control group （n=41）, the control group were given acupuncture treatment and the experimental group were given acupuncture combined with massage thera-py, the clinical efficacy and improvement of cervical function score of the two groups were compared. Results The total ef-fective rate of the experimental group was 95.2%, which was significantly higher than the control group （75.6%）, After treat-ment, the score of cervical vertebra function of the experimental group was （11.0±2.2）, which was significantly lower than the control group （19.2 ±2.8）. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with acupuncture treatment alone, acupuncture combined with massage therapy in the treatment of cervical vertebra disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect of patients.
