彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的探析彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用。方法整群选择该院2011年1月—2014年12月117例下肢深静脉血栓病患,彩色多普勒超声对病患进行全面检查,对其检查结果进行分析。结果 117例患者中,28例属于急性血栓,88例属于慢性血栓,有1例漏诊,诊断正确率是99.15%;其中116例病患中,14例属于中央型,74例属于周围型,28例属于混合型。结论基于下肢深静脉血栓病患而言,彩色多普勒超声具有无创伤、快捷、重复性好等优势,对于诊断下肢DVT具有很高的临床价值,是下肢DVT的首选检查方法,值得推广。

Objective To study the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis. Methods 117 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected and given comprehensive inspection by color Doppler ultrasound, and the inspection results were analyzed.Results Of 117 patients, 28 cases were of acute thrombosis, 88 cases belong to chronic thrombosis, 1 cases of missed diagnosis, diagnostic accuracy was 99.15%;Among them, 116 cases of patients, 14 cases belong to the central, around 74 cases belong to the type, 28 cases belongs to mixed type. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has the advantages of no trau-ma, fast, good repeatability for patients with deep venous thrombosis, which has a high clinical value and is a preferred in-spection method of the diagnosis of lower limb DVT and it is worth promoting.
