摘要 目的探讨脑结核瘤的氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的特点。方法随机选取该院2011年10月—2014年6月确诊为结核性脑炎的20例患者的35个病灶行磁共振波谱检查,对病变区NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho、Cho/Cr、MI/Cr值进行分析。结果病变的坏死区及实性区NAA/Cr(2.043±0.470,2.124±0.664)、NAA/Cho(1.711±0.732,1.751±0.514)值降低,Cho/Cr(1.274±0.371,1.506±0.422)、MI/Cr(1.524±0.530,1.838±0.625)值升高,坏死区及实性区的NAA/Cho值与对侧正常区的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振波谱可以对结核性脑炎的诊断提供代谢性信息,其表现有一定的特点,有益于提高诊断准确率。 Objective To study the characteristics of 1H-MRS of brain tumor. Methods 35 lesions of 20 cases of patients diagnosed as tuberculous encephalitis in our hospital from October 2011 to June 2014 were given magnetic resonance spec-troscopy and NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho、Cho/Cr and MI/Cr value of the diseased region were analyzed. Results The necrotic area and solid zone of pathological changes NAA/Cr(2.043±0.470,2.124±0.664)、NAA/Cho(1.711±0.732,1.751±0.514)decreased, Cho/Cr(1.274±0.371,1.506±0.422)、MI/Cr(1.524±0.530,1.838±0.625)increased, the difference in NAA/Cho between necrotic area with solid zone and contralateral normal region was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion 1H-MRS can provide the metabolic information for the diagnosis of tuberculous encephalitis and its performance has a certain characteristics, which is beneficial to improve diagnostic accuracy.
