超声在无临床症状子宫腔内病变筛选的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Ultrasound in the Screening of Uterine Cavity Lesions Without Clinical Symptoms

目的探讨超声在无临床症状子宫腔内病变中的早期诊断价值。方法研究对象随机选取该院2013年1月—2015年1月妇科体检发现宫腔内病变患者200例,患者自觉无明显症状,早期诊断为无临床症状自宫腔内病变。经过阴道超声进一步诊断,对患者宫腔内病变进行分类与统计,确定不同病变患病人数及患病率。结果 200例宫腔内病变患者中,子宫内膜息肉患者80例,子宫粘膜下肌瘤45例,子宫内膜增生35例,宫内胎物残留21例,子宫内膜癌9例,慢性子宫内膜炎10例。结论应用超声检查在早期筛选无临床症状子宫腔内病变有着重要的意义,对及时开展有效的治疗干预、保证患者身心健康有着重要的意义,值得进行临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine cavity lesions without clinical symptoms. Methods 200 cases of patients with lesions in the uterine cavity through the gynecological examination from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object, the patients themselves had no obvious symptoms and they were early diagnosed as uterine cavity lesions without clinical symptoms, uterine cavity lesions of the patients were classified and counted to determine sickness number and sickness rate of different lesions by further diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound. Results Of 200 patients with uterine cavity lesions, 80 cases were endometrial polyps, 45 cases were myoma of uterus, 35 cases were Endometrial hyperplasia, 21 cases were Intrauterine fetal residue, 9 cases were Endometrial carcinoma and 10 cases were chronic endometritis. Conclusion Ultrasonic examination is of great significance to the early screening of uterine cavity lesions without clinical symptoms ,carrying out effective treatment intervention in time as well as ensuring physical and mental health of patients.
