农村基层体育公共服务有效供给研究

Research on Effective Supply of Public Sports Service to Rural Areas

公共服务背景下,为了提升我国农村体育公共服务供给的有效性,必须重视社会体育组织在农村基层体育公共服务建设中作用和功能的发挥。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、案例分析法及逻辑分析法等,通过对高校体育组织在某村开展的体育培训进行信息收集,并对收集到的信息进行讨论和分析。研究证实高校体育组织可以引发农村体育开展,然而,其规范化操作和广泛实行还有待进一步的研究。建立政府引导下的社会体育组织发展模式,政府应明确自身角色定位,通过提供合理政策、制度供给来促进社会体育组织增加农村体育公共服务的有效性。

Under the background of public service, in order to improve the effectiveness of the rural sports public service supply in our country, we must pay attention to the role and function of social sports organizations in the construction of rural sports public service. With the methods of literature material, interview, case analysis and logic analysis, etc., this article collects the information of the training carried out in a village by sports organizations in colleges and universities, and discusses and analyzes the information collected. Research confirmed that university sports organizations can trigger rural sports development, however, its standardized operation and extensive practice remains to be further research. Setting up social sports organization development mode guided by the government, the government should make clear its role positioning so that it can promote social sports organizations to increase rural sports public service efficiency by providing a reasonable policy and the institution supply.
