摘要
本文主要是针对高职院校中食品营养与检测专业中对学生的教学模式及其人才培养模式,探讨一下实践性教学面临的现状及其需要改进的地方。
This article mainly aims at the teaching mode of the students in the food nutrition and Testing Specialty in higher vocational colleges, and discusses the current situation and the need to improve the practical teaching.
