神经外科手术颅内感染的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Intracranial Infection in Department of Neurosurgery

目的 探讨神经外科手术颅内感染的临床表现,并总结相关治疗手段. 方法 随机抽取该院神经外科2008年5月—2015年3月接收的64例颅内感染患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析. 结果 该组64例患者经积极治疗后44例患者痊愈,10例患者显著好转,7例患者好转,2例患者未愈,见1例死亡;治疗时间为8~23 d,平均治疗时间为（11.6±2.0）d. 结论 神经外科颅内感染较为常见,应及时查明病因,参照患者的实际病情采取相应的治疗方案,以改善患者治疗结局.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of intracranial infection in Department of Neurosurgery, and summarize the relevant treatment methods. Methods 64 patients with intracranial infection admitted in Department of Neu-rosurgery of our hospital from May 2008 to March 2015 were studied. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Re-sults After positive treatment, of the 64 patients, 44 patients were cured, the disease was significantly improved in 10 pa-tients, improved in 7 patients, but 2 patients did not heal and 1 died. The treatment time was 8-23d, average treatment time was （11.6±2.0）d. Conclusion Intracranial infection is common in Department of Neurosurgery. In order to improve the treat-ment outcome, the cause of the disease should be identified, and the treatment regimen should be selected according to the actual conditions of the patients.
