阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑动脉硬化的效果研究

Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium on Cerebral Arteriosclerosis

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑动脉硬化的临床效果。方法整群选取2012年12月—2014年12月该医院收治的228例脑动脉硬化患者,随机分为两组,对照组114例给予常规治疗,观察组114例在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙,分析两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率88.6%,对照组治疗有效率71.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑动脉硬化临床效果满意,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods In January 2012 to 2014 years 12 month Hospital of 228 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis patients selected and randomly assigned to two groups, the control group of 114 patients given conventional treatment, the observation group （n=114） in conventional therapy plus atorvastatin calcium, the analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 88.6%, and the control group was 71.1%, and the two groups had statistical sig-nificance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cerebral arterial sclerosis clinical effect is satisfac-tory, it is worth in clinical application.
