护理干预在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中应用效果分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention Applied to the Treatment of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea

目的研究和观察在小儿秋季腹泻的治疗中,运用护理干预的作用与效果。方法整群选取该院自2012年11月—2014年10月儿科病房收治的120例秋季腹泻患儿作为研究对象,并随机把其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组均以综合治疗的为基础,同时,对于对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全面的护理干预,然后将两组患者护理效果进行对比。结果经过两周的护理,观察组患者的总有效率为93.3%(56/60),对照组的总有效率为76.7%(46/60),该两组患者的总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究和观察表明,对于小儿秋季腹泻患者,全面护理干预对改善患儿的临床症状,提高治疗效果作用明显,应用价值良好,值得推广。

Objective To study and observe the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 120 children with autumn diarrhea admitted in pediatric ward of our hospital from November 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the comprehensive treatment. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing, while the observation group were treated by the comprehensive nursing intervention. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of nursing, the total efficiency of the observation group was 93.3%（56/60）, and that of the control group was 76.7% （46/60） there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The study and observation show that for infantile autumn diarrhea patients, comprehensive nursing inter-vention can improve the clinical symptoms and treatment effect significantly with good application value, so it is worthy of promotion.
