中药洗剂治疗湿疹的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Eczema Treated by Chinese Herbal Lotion

目的分析研究中药洗剂治疗湿疹的临床效果,对其作出系统性评价,以期有效的指导临床治疗。方法随机抽取该院自2013年7月—2014年7月期间收治的60例湿疹患者的临床资料作为研究对象,分别给予中药洗剂治疗和西药洗剂治疗,设置成观察组和对照组,观察组为中药洗剂治疗,对照组为西药洗剂治疗,两组各30例。观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,对其作出客观的、真实的系统评价。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果(临床治疗总有效率为93.33%)明显的优于对照组(临床治疗总有效率为83.33%),两组患者临床治疗效果的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药洗剂治疗湿疹的系统评价(患者对治疗效果的总满意度为(76.67%)高于西药洗剂治疗湿疹的系统评价(患者对治疗效果、的总满意度为53.33%),两组患者的系统评价差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),主要体现在:安全性、质量和敏感性的综合评定。结论中药洗剂治疗湿疹、安全无不良反应,是一种良好的临床治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of Chinese herbal lotion in treating eczema to make a systematic evaluation for guiding its clinical treatment effectively. Methods A retrospective analysis was done randomly on the clinical data of 60 patients with eczema admitted to the hospital from July 2013 and July 2014. They were assigned to the observation group （n=30, treated with Chinese herbal lotion） and control group （n=30, treated with western medicine lotion）. The clinical out-come was observed and compared between the two groups and an objective and true systematic evaluation was done. Re-sults The overall clinical effective rate （93.33% vs 83.33%） was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant,（P〈0.05）;the result of systematic evaluation showed that the patients＇ satisfac-tion to the treatment （76.67% vs 53.33%） was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference between the results of systematic evaluation was statistically significant, especially in terms of safety, quality and sensitivity, （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese herbal lotion in treating eczema is safe and of no adverse reaction. This is a good clinical treatment option which is worthy of promotion.
