摘要
目的探讨应用Ponseti法对天性马蹄内翻足进行治疗的治疗效果。方法整群选择2010年5月—2014年9月在该院接受治疗的68例(110足)先天性马蹄内翻足患儿最为研究对象,随机将患儿平分为观察组、对照组各34例。对照组给予传统方法进行治疗,观察组给予Ponseti法进行治疗,并对2组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组的总良好率为88.24%,明显高于对照组的(41.18%),观察组的复发率为2.94%,明显低于对照组的(11.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用Ponseti法对先天性马蹄内翻足患儿进行治疗可取得较为理想的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Ponseti method in the treatment of congenital club foot. Methods 68 children with congenital club foot （110 feet） treated in our hospital from May 2010 to September 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each. The control group were treat-ed by the traditional method, while those in the observation group were treated by the Ponseti method. And the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much higher overall response rate （88.24% vs 41.18%）, obviously lower recurrence rate（2.94% vs 11.76%）, there were significant differ-ences between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of congenital club foot, Ponseti method can achieve satis-factory therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
