派特灵治疗高危型HPV感染的临床疗效研究

The Clinical Curative Effect of Paiteling in the Treatment of High-risk HPV Infection

目的研究宫颈高危型HPV感染患者进行派特灵治疗的临床治疗效果。方法随机选择从2011年12月—2014年12月在该院就诊的宫颈HPV高危感染患者80例。将患者随机分为对照组30例,试验组50例。试验组患者接受派特灵治疗。而对照组患者接受重组人干扰素a2b治疗。两组患者用药1个疗程后3个月复查HPV-DNA转阴情况。对比两组患者的病情恢复情况。结果试验组患者的治愈率为97.5%,而总有效率为100%。而对照组患者病情痊愈率为24%,总有效率为88%。两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宫颈高危型HPV感染患者接受派特灵治疗将有效提高患者治愈率,值得临床的推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of paiteling in the treatment of patients with cervical high-risk HPV in-fection. Methods 80 cases with cervical high-risk HPV infection visited our hospital from December 2011 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（30 cases） and the experimental group（50 cases）. The exper-imental group received paiteling treatment, while the control group received recombinant human interferon a2b treatment. 3 months after a course of treatment, the negative turn of HPV-DNA was reexamined in the two groups. And the recovery of the two groups was compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%, and 100%, respectively, and that of the control group was 24%, 88%, respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion For cervical high-risk HPV infection patients, paiteling can effectively improve the cure rate, it is worth clinical application.
