摘要
目的客观评价金黄散外敷预防静脉炎的护理效果,重点总结提升预防静脉炎形成的护理方法。方法随机选择该院2012年11月—2014年10月接收的26例脑病患者(A组),予以静脉穿刺+金黄散外敷+综合护理;同期选择26例脑病患者(B组),仅予以静脉穿刺,深入观察所有入选患者的护理情况以及静脉炎发生情况,并且对各项数据进行客观比较。结果上述入选患者中,A组入选患者中有1例出现静脉炎,总发生率3.85%;B组入选患者中有6例出现静脉炎,总发生率23.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于静脉穿刺患者,采取金黄散外敷预防静脉炎不仅可以提升患者临床效果,而且还可以控制静脉炎出现,效果突出,可推广。
Objective To objectively evaluate the nursing effect of golden powder in preventing phlebitis and emphatically summarize nursing methods of improving and preventing the formation of phlebitis. Methods 52 cases of patients treated in our hospital from November 2012 to October 2014 were randomly selected and divided into group A and group B with 26 cases in each, group A were given venipuncture, external application of golden powder and comprehensive nursing; group B were given only venipuncture, the nursing situation and the occurrence of phlebitis of all the selected cases were deeply ob-served and all of the data was objectively compared. Results In group A, there was 1 case of phlebitis and the total inci-dence rate was 3.85%; in group B, there were 6 cases of phlebitis and the total incidence rate was 23.08%, the comparison between the two groups were different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of golden powder to prevent phlebitis can not only improve the clinical effect of patients but control the appearance of phlebitis, whose effect is obvious and it is worth promoting.
