优思明联合坤宁颗粒用于人工流产术后90例临床探讨

Clinical Observation of 90 Cases after Artificial Abortion Treated with Yas-min and Kunning Granule

目的研究口服避孕药优思明联合坤宁颗粒用于人工流产术后降低并发症的疗效。方法整群选取2014年3月—2015年3月在该院因早孕要求行人工流产术终止妊娠的180例门诊患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,观察组于术后服用优思明联合坤宁颗粒。对照组不予服药,观察两组术后阴道出血时间、月经紊乱、重复流产率、术后盆腔炎发生情况等。结果观察组人流术后阴道出血时间(7.0±2.1)d与对照组人流术后阴道出血时间(12.0±3.4)d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组重复流产率(1.11%)、月经紊乱率(3.33%)与对照组重复流产率(11.11%)、月经紊乱率(22.22%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人流术后口服优思明联合坤宁颗粒有效降低术后并发症,明显控制人工流产率和重复流产率,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of oral contraceptives Yasmin combined with Kunning granule for reducing com-plications after artificial abortion. Methods 180 cases of patients who required termination of pregnancy by artificial abor-tion because of early pregnancy and were treated in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each, the observation group were treated with Yas-min combined Kunning granule and the control group didn＇t take medicine, vaginal bleeding time, menstrual disorders, re-peat abortion rate and postoperative pelvic inflammatory disease of the two groups after operation were observed. Results The time of vaginal bleeding of the observation group （7.0±2.1）d and the control group （12.0±3.4）d was compared and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The rate of repeated abortion （1.11%） and the rate of menstrual disorder （3.33%） of the observation group and the control group（11.11%）,（22.22%）were compared and the differences were statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral Yasmin combined Kunning granule after artificial abortion can effectively reduce the postoperative complications and obviously control the rate of artificial abortion and repeated abortion rate, which is worth promoting.
