MR-DTI在脑多发性硬化诊断中的价值分析

目的探讨脑多发性硬化MR-DTI价值分析。方法整群选取2011年11月—2013年11月该科确诊的脑多发性硬化患者168例作为研究对象,随机分成2组各84例,对照组给予磁共振成像(MRI),观察组给予MR扩散张量成像(MR-DTI),对比分析两组患者检测结果之间的差异和阳性率。结果观察组阳性率为97.6%,对照组阳性率为80.9%,观察组阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑多发性硬化患者进行MR-DTI检查可以提高临床检查阳性率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of MR-DTI in cerebral multiple sclerosis. Methods 168 cases of patients with brain multiple sclerosis diagnosed in our department from November 2011to November2013were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 84 cases in each. The control group were given magnetic resonance imag-ing（MRI）, and the observation group were given MR diffusion tensor imaging （MR-DTI）.The difference between the two groups and the positive rate were compared and analyzed. Results The positive rate of the observation group （97.6%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.9%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion MR-DTI test in patients with Cerebral multiple sclerosis can improve the positive rate of clinical examination, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
