摘要
在对现有研究文献进行梳理的基础上归纳出中职毕业生培养质量的结构维度,通过探索性因子分析,得出人际和创新素养、专业素质、职业道德修养、职业适应能力、环境适应能力等5大中职毕业生培养质量主因子,并结合用人单位毕业生培养质量各结构维度重要性调查,明确人才培养的供求差异,挖掘影响中职毕业生培养质量的关键因素.结果表明,专业技能、职业道德修养和环境适应能力对于提升毕业生培养质量具有重要的影响.最后,给出了提升中职毕业生培养质量的建议路径.
Based on carding of the existing literatures, this paper sums up the structural dimensions of vocational school grad- uates' training quality, we get five main factors about vocational graduates' cultivation quality by using of the exploratory factor a- nalysis, such as, interpersonal and innovation ability, professional quality, professional ethics accomplishment, vocational adapta- bility and environmental adaptability, etc. By combining the importance survey of training quality structural dimensions from em- ployers, we clarify the difference between the supply and demand and excavate the key factors that affect the training quality. Our- result shows that those factors, such as professional quality, professional ethics accomplishment and environmental adaptability may play an important role on the cultivation quality of the graduates. Finally, we give some suggestions which may enhance vocational school graduates' cultivation quality.
