奥地利兰精仪器公司、德国Schsisches纺织研究院(STFI)和德国不来梅纤维研究所进一步开发了一套系统,用于监测纺黏非织造布的纤维取向和长丝取向。给出了STFI的技术实验室对纺黏法生产的长丝取向的在线测量结果。黏合前的纤网区域和黏合后成型区域的成网透明度差异会引起光学疵点,但成网后重新整理可掩盖指定区域以解决光学疵点问题。采用不来梅纤维研究所研发的特殊软件可进行图像分析,包括指定区域图像的提取。
Lenzing Instruments, the STFI and the Faserinstitut Bremen have further developed a system to detect fiber orientation and to measure filament orientation of spunbonded nonwovens. Results of online measurements of filament orientations at the spunbond line in the technical laboratory at the STFI are illustrated here. Optical faults appear due to the transparency of the web lay down on the belt before bonding and pattern areas after bonding. Defined image areas can be masked out to correct this in case of arrangement after bonding. Image analysis containing extraction of defined areas has been realized due to special software developed by the Faserinstitut Bremen.
