摘要 Press MAN Conti Pro采用了微型压力传感器和片上信号处理元器件,现场测量组合体厚度小于10mm,可对运行在连续压机内的人造板板坯进行温度与气压的在线监测。Press MAN Conti Pro相比传统Press MAN在硬件结构上有明显不同,在软件数量上增加了对现场测量机芯体的指令与数据传输操作界面,增加了热压时间与连续压机框架距离的转换处理模块。经本次可用性试验发现目前Press MAN Conti Pro采用不耐高温的电池是其主要的缺陷。 Using the miniature pressure sensor and the advanced electronic devices, the combinant thickness of the probe and DAQ parts is less than 10mm. It can be on-line monitoring the internal temperature and pressure of mat of wood-based panels which thickness is more than 10mm for continuous hot-press. There are obvious different make-ups between ContiPro and Lite of PressMAN ContiPro has new software for managing the instruction and data transfer between PC and DAQ parts and adding a module for exchanging the press time and frame distance. Not resistant to high temperature rechargeable battery is the main problem for current PressMAN ContiPro system.
