摘要
针对中密度纤维板生产过程中热压压力控制存在的大惯性、纯滞后和非线性问题,提出具体的解决方法。运用PID-FUZZY复合控制方式,采用改进PSO算法优化压力PID控制,提出了基于PSO优化算法整定PID控制器参数的设计方法,实现对热压过程的优化控制。通过仿真实验和结果分析得出,采用改进PSO算法优化压力PID控制具有稳定性好、超调量少、震荡现象少等优势特点。
This paper proposed a solution in order to solve the prohlem of big inertia, pure time-delay and nonlinearity in hot-pressing presure control during the medium-density fiberboard production process. Using PID-FUZZY compound control method, the improved PSO algorithm is used to optimize the pressure PID control. The design method of the parameters of the PID controller based on PSO optimization algorithm is proposed .The design method of the parameters of the PID controller based on PSO optimization algorithm is proposed, and the optimal control of the hot pressing process is realized.In the view of the simulation results and analysis of results effect the Optimized pressure control has more advantages, such as strong stability, fewer overshoot and turbulence reduction.
